I finally did it, Otodus megalodon, commonly known as Megalodon.
(I am no expert but according to this new paper Megalodon could be placed in Otodus)

Edit: Now just Otodus sp., as I now doubt that Megalodon is within Otodus.

even though i highly support C. megalodon depticted like this it doesn't seem to be proportioned correctly, according to all modern lamniformes
